Our Mission Statement - A Fabulous Woman
At Style and Tone, we believe everybody deserves to look and feel fabulous internally and externally. We firmly believe that the way you look can really make a difference and change your life. Changing your external appearance automatically creates a change internally, and this in turn creates positive changes and results in your life.
Self-Confidence is the key to unlocking your potential and we at Style and Tone are dedicated to helping you find that key. We will help you define your personal goals and we will set about helping you achieve them. Sometimes we need a little help to define what it is that we are seeking for ourselves, and we can help you find this.
We will never judge anybody, for we are ordinary women just like you.
No matter how high or low your mountain is, we will help you climb it, for we have armed ourselves with all the necessary skills to help you in your personal journey. No matter how time pressured you are, there is always a window of space waiting for you to take care of yourself.
We will help you want to live a life ‘less ordinary’ and in turn make you want to live your life to the full.

Debbie Dodwell
Debbie joins us as our Fitness Manager and has over ten years experience in teaching and motivating fitness classes in the Midlands from aerobics, non contact combat, body pump, body toning , indoor cycling and one to one gym instruction. She brings with her a passion for personal service and assisting women to achieve their goals whether it is:
- Getting fit for a special occasion
- Reaching your ideal weight,
- Recovering from illness or injury
- Reaching your middle to late years, keeping you in the best possible health.
Debbie says, "After having my son Tom in 1990 I couldn't lose my post pregnancy weight, I felt heavy, sluggish and had low self esteem. It was at this point in my life I experienced my first exercise class and I have never looked back. I feel privileged to be able to offer the same passion and motivation I have to helping our clients reach their goals and look forward to our journey together".
The Image CoachesJulie Baldwin, MIASC
Having successfully completed the diploma course with the Style Coaching Institute, and Image training with Improvability Julie is delighted to be a member of the International Style Coaching Association and the Federation of Image Consultants. Julie has a really warm and friendly personality and has real passion for helping others to look and feel fabulous. Building on her extensive corporate work in senior management and knowledge and experience in confidence coaching and motivation gained through Management training with OPDC and the SI Group, her aim is to help women of all ages reach their full potential and live life to the full.
